When you sign in with your UCLA Google account, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. When you upload or paste a DARS audit, we process the document to extract your degree-progress data. We also store the 4-year plans you create and save.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate and store your personalized 4-year plans.
- Provide AI-powered course recommendations and enrollment strategy.
- Track your degree requirements and progress.
- Improve the quality and accuracy of Blueprint's features.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel and governed by the principle of least privilege.
4. Third-Party Services
Blueprint uses Google OAuth for authentication and may use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate plan suggestions. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete individual plans from your dashboard.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to manage your authentication session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
