By accessing or using Blueprint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Blueprint is an AI-assisted 4-year course planning tool designed for UCLA students. It parses DARS audits, generates personalised degree plans, and provides enrollment strategy recommendations. Blueprint is not affiliated with or endorsed by UCLA.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid UCLA Google account (@ucla.edu or @g.ucla.edu) to use Blueprint. By using the Service, you represent that you are a current UCLA student or affiliate.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, including DARS uploads.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit it.
  • You understand that AI-generated plans are suggestions and should be verified with an academic counselor.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Blueprint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any plan or recommendation generated by the Service. Always confirm your degree requirements with an official UCLA academic counselor.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed courses, incorrect requirements, or delayed graduation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Blueprint are the intellectual property of the Blueprint team. You retain ownership of your personal data and generated plans.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
